Osteopathy Gold Coast

Osteopathy Gold Coast

Osteopathy is a hands on approach to healthcare effective in treating common musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

Osteopaths offer a skilled assessment and diagnosis, with a whole body focus that can provide both immediate relief and long lasting functional improvements.

Safe and effective soft tissue massage, dry needling, mobilisation and joint manipulation can restore function and improve movement.  This forms a critical part of the rehabilitative program.

Form Osteopathy and Movement Matters Osteopathy operate independently within Spine + Body. To book an appointment please call us on 07 55316422 or click the respective book now button.

Form Osteopathy starts with an appreciation of who you are and how you are designed.

We believe in patient-centred care. This means understanding what your need is and providing treatment tailored to you and your unique form.

Our approach is to treat your pain or injury and give you the tools to heal and recover.

But we also strongly believe that attention needs to be given to the foundations that underpin long-term health – such as exercise, nutrition and sleep.

We educate our clients on how they can be their most healthy, vibrant selves.

TIM MORRIS (Director)

Timothy Morris (B.App.Sc, M.Ost) is a registered health practitioner and completed his Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Osteopathy at RMIT University in Melbourne.

Tim is an experienced hands-on practitioner, combining soft tissue massage techniques, joint manipulation, stretching and dry needling to develop personalised treatments for his clients.

He places significant value on explaining the nature of pain, and empowers his patients to make lifestyle changes that will assist with recovery. This approach is suitable for all ages (5+) and can apply to any musculoskeletal complaint.

Tim has developed a special interest in the diagnosis, treatment and management of lower limb injuries in runners, dancers and weekend warriors, integrating exercise-based interventions and providing advice on training load management. He also takes a comprehensive approach to the treatment and rehabilitation of spinal pain.

Tim is also a qualified clinical pilates teacher and dry needling practitioner.

Outside of osteopathy, Tim strives to lead a balanced life, spending time with friends, reading, playing guitar and visiting family in Melbourne. He loves getting outdoors at every opportunity he can, and plays a range of team sports.
