Physio Fees
Our prices are set according to the level of expert care you receive and therefore you receive a value packed session each and every visit. Each consult covers a full assessment (or part thereof), thorough treatment, any advice and education, strapping if required, electrotherapy if required, rehab home exercises and stretches, ergonomic advice and a treatment plan will be formulated.
We accept the following:
- Private Health Insurance (Hicaps)
- Approved Workcover claims (Full fee charged with claim back from Workcover)
- Motor vehicle accident claims approved by insurance company (Full fee charged)
- Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) – Dr referral required (currently not accepting new DVA referrals)
- Private referrals
- GP and Specialist referrals
Patients suffering chronic health issues may be eligible for inclusion in the Enhanced Primary Care Programme (EPC)* in which Medicare will partly fund up to five (5) physiotherapy sessions per calendar year. Your local doctor can make an assessment and provide the relevant referral if you are eligible.

Initial Consultation 30min assessment and treatment – $130.00
Standard Consultation 30min treatment – $130.00
Private Physiotherapy with APA Physiotherapist
Initial Consultation 45min assessment and treatment – $110.00
Standard Consultation 30min treatment – $95.00
Cancellation policy: A 50% cancellation charge will be applied in the event of non attenance of your appointment or notification within 2hours of your appointment time.

*Patients under the Chronic Disease Plan (EPC Medicare) will be required to pay the full fee, we will then process the Medicare rebate and Medicare will creditof $56.00 back to your nominated debit card.
