James completed his Masters of Physiotherapy in 2018 with Academic achievement, after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Diploma of Fitness with High Distinction. James has worked within the community and aged care homes for the past two years and prior to this was fitness coaching rugby union teams, personal training and providing massage therapy. James has a good scope of understanding on how to improve athletic performance, diagnose musculoskeletal issues and to prioritise needs.

James brings a balanced energy to ensure you will be listened to, understood and comfortable throughout the whole treatment.

With a strong passion for manual therapy, you can guarantee hands on treatment to help guide your rehabilitation journey or even just to tune up any imbalance. With qualifications in Pilates, James has spent countless hours developing and practicing movements to not only strengthen your body, but to keep it pain-free and limber.

Alongside manual therapy and exercise prescription, James will provide you with education, resources and long-term strategies to keep you pain free and independently combating any physical challenges.

James has personal interests in rugby union, triathlon, athletics and tennis.
