Osteopathy is a hands on approach to healthcare effective in treating common musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Osteopaths offer a skilled assessment and diagnosis, with a whole body focus that can provide both immediate relief and long lasting functional improvements.
Safe and effective soft tissue massage, dry needling, mobilisation and joint manipulation can restore function and improve movement. This forms a critical part of the rehabilitative program.
Key issues targeted:
- Low back pain, disc injuries and sciatica
- Hip, ankle and knee pain in runners
- Mid back pain and shoulder impingement
